About Us

The second-oldest Toastmasters Club in Connecticut, Park City Toastmasters (District 53, Division D)was founded in 1952. In the nearly 60 years since, we’ve provided a supportive atmosphere that’s helped hundreds of people overcome a variety of challenges to become effective communicators.

Park City Toastmasters is an “open” or “community” club, which means membership isn’t restricted to employees of a specific company or office complex. Our diversity will help you see a broad range of speaking styles and receive helpful evaluations that will speed your growth as a communicator.

And our convenient evening meeting hours (Tuesdays, 7:30-9:00 p.m.) gives us time and flexibility to include all members in our impromptu “Table Topics” discussions and to enjoy members’ speeches without trying to rush through a lunch hour, as many company clubs are forced to.
